Abstract

Maqolada yuqori haroratli o‘z-o‘zidan tarqaluvchi termik usulda titan karbidining kukunlarini olish tahlili keltirilgan. Bu usul materiallarni olishning yangi texnologiyasi bo‘lib, u boshlang‘ich kukun mahsulotlarning ekzotermik kimyoviy reaksiyada yonishiga asoslangan. Yuqori haroratli o‘z-o‘zidan tarqaluvchi usulda titan karbidining nano zarrachali kukunlarini olish bo‘yicha materialshunos olimlar bildirgan qarama-qarshi fikrlari o‘rganildi.
