Abstract

The world faces a water crisis, with growing populations and climate change straining finite resources. "Canal-hydraulic facility-canal" (CHFC) systems, while crucial for agriculture, suffer from inefficiencies such as leaks, inequitable allocation, and wasteful irrigation. This thesis explores the transformative potential of digital technologies in revolutionizing CHFC management, promoting efficient water utilization, and achieving sustainable water resource management.
