Abstract

Quyidagi maqola Nuklotron ichki nishonlari stantsiyasida yarimo‘tkazgich ΔE - E detektori yordamida ishlab chiqarilgan delta elektronlari haqidagi birinchi ma’lumotlarni ko‘rib chiqadi. Biz Ag va Cu ning yupqa plyonkali ichki nishonlaridan foydalandik, tezlashtirilgan zarralar deytronlardir. Nuklotronning ichki maqsadini tarqatadigan δ-elektronlardan foydalangan holda pA va dA- reaktsiyalarining yorqinligini diagnostika qilish imkoniyati. Yarimo‘tkazgich detektori nur o‘qiga 640 da yo‘naltirilgan ichki nishonning old yarim shariga joylashtirilgan.
