Abstract

This article discusses factors of tradition and educational environment. The troubles of present day training intently follow it the issues of verbal interaction of communicants in the academic environment. It is provided that for enhancing academic applied sciences in the context of digitalization,providing academic things to do with students, motivating them to contact work in true way in order to improve the subculture of team and interpersonal communication.
